Marquardt Village Hosts Open House for First Look at Community Renovations

September 2014

Retirement Community Enhances Park Centre Residences

WATERTOWN: Marquardt Village invites the public to an open house to get a first look at the latest renovations to the community's common spaces in the Park Centre North and South residences. The open house is Tuesday, September 16 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM at the Park Centre North Apartments (formerly Anna Nitschmann) at 1035 Hill Street in Watertown.

The renovations are designed for the way today's seniors live. Marquardt Village created inviting lounges and social spaces with new interior finishes and furnishings, as well as fresh, bright hallways leading to apartment entrances that have been updated from floor to ceiling.

"We're excited for the greater community to see these new spaces which are part of our master plan to continue to offer current and future residents the most innovative of lifestyles," said Matthew Mauthe, chief executive officer. "The renovations are another example of our long-standing tradition of providing Watertown-area seniors with quality residences and services that meet their physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs."

Guests at the open house will enjoy refreshments and be eligible to win prizes including gift cards for Domani Salon services, Windwood of Watertown golfing, Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters, dining and more. For more information about the open house and the community renovations, call (920) 206-4663.
