Dealing with the life-limiting disease of a loved one is one of the most difficult things any of us will ever experience. For dying to be as peaceful and meaningful a process as possible for everyone involved, we believe it should be handled with dignity and compassion.
Marquardt Hospice's holistic approach to care balances physical, emotional, and spiritual support for the individual and family members. Our hospice team works together with the patient and family to create a care plan based on the patient’s needs and wishes. The team may include any or all of the following: Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Certified Social Workers, Bereavement Counselors, Chaplains, and dedicated volunteers.
Our philosophy of care is focused on pain and symptom management. We recognize that the intent is no longer on reversing the disease or finding a cure. We provide strong advocacy in the support of dignity, choice, and quality of life.
Our Mission: to provide compassionate care at the end of life for people of all faiths.
Our Vision: to provide a loving, supportive experience for the patient and family by offering comfort care and services to help meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of all.
